Our logistics are exceptional. We have a specially recruited courier services to ensure that your orders are delivered in perfect condition. To avail our same day delivery guarantee within Vancouver area, all orders with the same day delivery request MUST be placed online or by phone and processed before:

- 1.55 pm on that day - for residential area delivery

- 10.55 am - for business area (guaranteed delivery till 4pm.)

- 10.55 am - Saturday's delivery

For all other orders, which do not meet this condition, we guarantee next day delivery within Vancouver and British Columbia area.

Delivery charges: All orders placed over the phone carry an extra charge of 10.00 CAD per delivery for deliveries within Vancouver and British Columbia area.
